Exploring Nature’s Larder

On Thursday 16th April 2026 Waste into Wellbeing hosted a beautiful Exploring Nature’s Larder event.

We were guided through the basics of foraging for wild foods by the incredibly knowledgeable Jim Parums, who brought the experience to life with both insight and flavour. Participants were treated to tastings of his delicious wild garlic & ground elder pesto, alongside his wonderfully inventive batter-free dandelion bhaji. It was a real celebration of what can be found right on our doorstep!
