Ginger Bakers was established in 2006. 20 years on and they are still doing what they love and are more passionate than ever. They will be taking a close look at their Gluten Free products, looking at how they make them work and handing on tips and tricks to producing successful conventional and free from cakes.

Demo: Looking at how Ginger Bakers take an idea through to creating a product, with a focus on gluten free.
They will demonstrate how to make a good gluten free cake and then show ways in which it can be adapted and elevated giving you the confidence to be creative and innovative.
