Wild Food Cookalong with Jim Parums

Join us for a cookalong with a difference as Jim Parum guides us through two simple recipes using everyday wild ingredients. Jim will share his love of sustainable foraging with us, explaining why he believes it’s a healthier and tastier way to eat. He’ll provide hints and tips for gathering and cooking with wild foods and we’ll share our tasty dishes together at the end of the session.

Jim is founder and chief forager of Forage Box, who believe that wild and foraged food is tastier, healthier and better for the planet than food bought in the supermarket. Plus, time spent foraging is great for your mental and physical health… and it’s good fun too! Their mission is to reconnect people with nature through what they eat. Forage Box’s motto: Always Wild, Always Sustainable, Always Delicious is something they stand by and they want foraging to be recognised as a better way of sourcing our food.
