Adult Cookalong and Meal

March 17, 2025 @ 10:30 - 13:00

Whether you’re an avid cook or a complete newbie, have a vast range of recipes up your sleeve or would love to learn some new ones, our cookalongs offer something for everyone and are great for those who just fancy doing a relaxed, hands-on activity with a great bunch of people.

We’re sure you’ll pick up some great tips to use at home – preparing healthy meals, cooking on a budget, reducing food waste and trying new flavours. Plus, these sessions, are informal, social and lots of fun.

You’ll be working in small groups whilst being guided through a recipe. Then, when the cooking is done, we’ll set the table and sit down to enjoy our creations together.

Our cookalongs use surplus food collected through our community larder. The recipe you’ll be cooking will be shared with you on the week of the event. All known dietary requirements are catered for and where possible we offer a variation of ingredients to suit people’s preferences.

Suggested minimum donation £5 per adult including meal. If that’s a stretch, use promotional code WIW25 to request a free/reduced ticket.
